Ingfit was created in 2013 by founder and CEO Lee Sandwith. It started out as a small project to write a small nutrition guide in response to requests from lots of people for him to share his weight loss secrets. From there the website grew in general nutritional content, before transitioning into the keto and paleo world in 2017.
In early 2018 Lee decided he had had enough of trying to get keto products to make his own lifestyle more convenient. Ingfit.ae, the store, was born, and the company defined its values and its mission to educate the masses, worldwide, but first in the UAE, about the metabolic diseases that are compromising their health and longevity without their knowledge.
