Ok, so first of all a disclaimer! We’re not that much into encouraging people to follow a set meal plan every day as the last thing we want is for people to be getting into such obsessive behaviour. However, everyone needs a bit of support from time to time, especially if you’re looking to drop a few pounds, and we’re here to help. Honestly speaking, most of the meal planning services we’ve come across are at best bit rubbish, and at worst completely useless and even dangerous. The nutrition basics have been pretty much unchanged for time, especially when it comes to weight loss (calories in, calories out and all that). However, there’s an ongoing cutting edge of constantly evolving research which divides opinion even amongst the world’s greatest experts. Some of this ‘research’ is seriously debatable science, whilst some, borne from the constant consumer demand for the next new thing can be extremely unhelpful.
