This fruit nut yogurt mix is ideal for a super quick breakfast if you’re running late. Using whey protein not only adds great flavour to yogurt, it’s also ideal for ensuring that you meet your objective of getting protein with every meal.


  • 200g Fat free natural yoghurt
  • ½ scoop whey protein
  • 50g banana
  • 50g blueberries
  • 15g chopped almonds


  1. In a cereal bowl, add the whey powder and yoghurt, mixing thoroughly
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients
