Using wholewheat tortillas and low fat mayo transforms a classic into a perfectly healthy chicken salad wrap, ideal for work or on the go.
- 1 wholewheat tortilla (109 kcal)
- 100g chicken breast, roasted
- Handful lettuce leaves of your choice
- 1 tbsp light mayonnaise
- ¼ red bell pepper, diced
- ¼ small red onion, diced
- 1 small tomato, diced
- Spread the mayonnaise onto one side of the tortilla
- Add the remaining ingredients then fold
Tips & Alternatives
Choose a fresh chicken breast instead of processed, pre-packaged chicken. Save on preparation time by roasting the chicken breast beforehand for 45 minutes at 190c. For improved flavour, sprinkle a dash of paprika and mixed herbs.
