It’s fair to say that Mango is one of the most tasty, exotic fruits on the planet but the great news is that this tropical beauty also provides a range of health benefits. As well as being thought to fight certain types of cancer, Mango is said to help eye and skin health, help reduce blood pressure and boost brain and heart health (1).

We’ve decided to keep the whey protein out of this one but to give it a healthy boost we’ve included fresh ginger and lemon juice, both recognised for their health benefits such as antioxidant (2) and immune boosting (3) qualities.

  • 200ml skimmed milk
  • 100g fat free vanilla yoghurt
  • Juice of ½ fresh lemon
  • 1 tsp freshly grated ginger
