Who says cheese has to be unhealthy? Granted, like pretty much everything else, it’s not great if you eat it in excess, however, if you’re careful it can easily fit into your healthy diet. Take our Mozzarella Tomato Salad, for example. It’s very simple yet extremely nutritious, healthy and packs a punch in the taste department. We’ve added some other super healthy ingredients like spinach, garlic and sunflower seeds, the latter of which provide a healthy dose of good, monounsaturated fats and help to bump the protein content up. It only takes 5 minutes to prepare so give it a go and let us know what you think.

  • 1 medium sized tomato
  • 100g half fat mozzarella, diced (175 kcal)
