Peanut Butter Smoothie? Really, you ask? Surely that doesn’t work does it? Yep, sure does and it’s awesome!! There are lots of different ways to cut something like this but we think our Peanut Butter Smoothie recipe is just about as good as it gets. If you choose the right peanut butter this recipe is also super healthy; the right sort of peanut butter being one without added refined sugar, and ideally organic. Our favourite is the chunky number by Whole Earth but there are loads of good ones on the market, like this one from Waitrose and the army of a selection from nuts about nuts nutters Meridian (cool company, cool website).

If you think a Peanut Butter Smoothie is a bit of a stretch then think again – we’re so crazy about peanut butter as it tastes great and it’s a nice wee source of protein and good fats. We’ve used it in a few recipes, like our Peanut Butter Oats so check that out if you fancy starting a taste disco in your mouth every morning.

Warning!! It’s probably best to ask someone to supervise you with the peanut butter as you may just end up eating in straight out of the jar which is a bit dangerous as it’s super calorie dense.

Watch out for that White Light 🙂
