We’ve added a dash of protein powder to one of our favourite smoothies to gear it up as a top quality Post Workout Smoothie. Super easy to make and it tastes amazing!

This is ideal for a nutrition burst after a resistance training workout as it provides a good balance of protein and carbs. We’ve also added a dash of Glutamine Powder as it’s said to aid recovery.


  • 100ml skimmed milk
  • ½ scoop vanilla flavour whey protein (or strawberry flavour)
  • 100ml water
  • 50g fat free natural yoghurt
  • 75g banana
  • 50g frozen strawberries
  • 5g glutamine powder
